Starting something new is rarely about a big moment. It’s usually a slow build‑up of experiences, patterns you notice, and a sense that you want to do things in a slightly different way. That’s how Lyntra AB came to life for me.

After many years working inside large organisations, as a consultant, as an employee, and now as an independent, I’ve realised that the work I enjoy most has one thing in common: Helping teams find clarity. Not the kind of clarity that comes from a process diagram or a slide deck, but the kind that makes people feel aligned, confident, and able to move forward together.

I’ve spent a big part of my career in environments where complexity is the default. Automotive, industrial, telecom, marine tech, different worlds, but the same challenge. People trying to build something meaningful while navigating shifting priorities, technical constraints, and organisational noise. And somewhere in all of that, someone needs to create direction. Someone needs to make things understandable again.

That’s the space where I feel at home.

This blog is simply a place to share thoughts from that journey. Not polished frameworks or grand theories, but reflections from real work with real teams. What I’ve learned, what I’m still figuring out, and what I believe makes collaboration actually work.

If you’re interested in UX, leadership, product thinking, or just the craft of making things clearer for others, I hope you’ll find something here that resonates.

Thanks for reading!
